Spark. Play. Stay.
Some moments don’t need a script. They just need a reason. A reason to stay a little longer, talk a little deeper, and leave with more than you came with.

Ani
Ani lives in Charlotte and spends his time turning wild ideas into real things, from murals to new ways of building community. When he's not designing, he's training capoeira, fixing his old Jeep, or diving into late-night talks about art and movement.

Caroline
Caroline is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Charlottesville, VA. By day, she designs for Caspari; by night, she illustrates for Embers. Outside of art, Caroline trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (blue belt!) and finds calm in playing the cello and guitar.

Lara
Lara is a designer living in Seattle and spends her time disconnecting from the internet, climbing and convincing her friends to go on sunrise hikes. Her most recent adventure is rehabilitating her ACL from a skiing accident.
A game designed to be played around a campfire.
This isn’t your average conversation game. It’s meant to burn. To spark action, laughter, reflection, and the occasional chaos. When a card is answered, feed it to the fire and watch the flame change color. That’s how you’ll know who’s next.
Each deck of Embers is made to order, crafted in small batches for your next outdoor adventure. Ready to join the campfire circle?

Our campfire circle.
We all graduated from SCAD in 2023 and ended up in different states. Like a lot of people our age, we work corporate jobs and daydream about being anywhere else... preferably outside, laying in a field, and never saying the words "shareholder value" again.
Then Ani texted, “We should make something cool.”
Caroline and Ani were already friends. Lara had never met Caroline. But the three of us hopped on a call to talk about this idea, Embers, and somewhere between brainstorming sessions and late-night laughter, we became friends too.
Born from a shared love of the outdoors and a craving for something real, Embers is our way of rekindling connection, both with people and the world outside our screens.
